Summary	0000204: Use github issues instead of own Mantis for bug reporting.
Description	The advantages are that there are already a lot of users on github making authorized bug reporting easier. And this website is considered spamming by search engines due to a lot of 'low quality pages' due to mantis bug report pages being indexed by search engines.
